Teaching

I currently teach into Lakehead University’s Criminology and Social Justice (MA) Programs. My current classes include Introduction to Criminology, Surveillance & Social Control, and Surveillance, (In)Justice and Resistance.

I was previously the course instructor for Sociology of Globalization and co-instructor for Urban Sociology and Surveillance & Society. I have also delivered a range of undergraduate and graduate lectures on urban governance, privacy and law, surveillance studies, deviance and social control, criminalization of dissent, new media and technology, and research methodologies.
